This policy describes what Idyllic Labs, Inc. (operating as 20cuts) collects when you use the service, and how we handle it. 20cuts has no accounts and no login. You interact with it through a form and through private links we send you, and everything below follows from that.
What we collect
- What you submit. Your name and email, your product’s URL, and the answers you give on the intake form about your audience, goal, and length. This is what we need to build your set of videos and to reach you about it.
- Files you upload. Any brand assets, footage, or screenshots you add to your brief. We store these with our hosting provider’s blob storage and use them only to produce your video.
- Views on the links we send. When you open or watch a board, a candidate video, a teaser, or a review page we sent you, we record that it happened, tied to the link’s token. This is first-party and is how the product works: the candidate set and the follow-ups are driven by what you actually watched.
How we use it
We use what you give us to generate your videos, to deliver them, and to talk to you about your job. We use the view data to shape what we show you next and to know which link needs a follow-up. We do not build advertising profiles, and we don’t use your product materials to train anything for anyone but you.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t hand it to third-party advertising trackers. The only outside services that touch it are the ones we need to run the business, and each sees only the part it needs:
- Stripe processes payments. When you pay, Stripe handles your card details; we never see or store them.
- Our hosting and storage providers run the site and hold your uploads and the finished files.
- Our email provider sends you your links, delivery notices, and follow-ups.
- Our analytics measures how the site is used, in aggregate, alongside our own first-party view events.
Email and follow-ups
After we send your candidate set, we follow up at most three times, then we stop. You can tell us to stop sooner and we will.
Retention
We keep your intake details and your finished videos while your job is active and afterward so you can come back to your work and so we can honor the license. We keep uploaded source materials for as long as we may still need them to produce or revise your video, and we remove them on request once your job is done. Ask us to delete your data and we will, except for the records we’re required to keep, such as payment and tax records tied to a purchase.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address below. Depending on where you live, the law may give you formal versions of these rights; we honor those requests the same way regardless of where you are.
